Sessions are relaxed and tailored for you. They last around an hour and will make you feel fabulous.

SESSION FEE
To secure your Maternity session I charge a non refundable session fee of £99. This covers the session itself, all the props and styling, the relevant and necessary insurances and the viewing appointment.
The session fee does not include any images or products. These can be chosen and purchased after your session once all the images are professionally edited. Each Maternity session has a minimum spend of £349, but you may spend this on which ever products you want to display your images on. The minimum spend is payable straight after your session to allow for the professional editing of your images to commence.
If you book your newborn session at the same time as your maternity session, you will receive both session fees for £150, saving yourself £48
A mini Maternity and Newborn session is also available upon request, please ask for details.

THE PHOTOSHOOT
The perfect time to capture your beautiful bump is when it is at it best at around 34-36 weeks. Your bump will be perfectly round and you still should feel comfortable. If you know that your baby will be born prior to this time arrangements can be made for an earlier shoot.
Styling your session
Just like all of my sessions, your Maternity session will be styled to your requirements. I will discuss and agree with you what you would love and your wishes will be respected. These images are your images and I will only capture what you are comfortable with.
The Photoshoot
Now it’s time to capture your beautiful body at its very best. Your baby is nothing less than a miracle and there is no better way to celebrate your body than with a Maternity shoot. You do not need to bring anything to your session, unless you specifically would like something included. The award winning images that I capture are completely tailored for you, so if there is anything that you love or want to create, I always welcome a challenge. Family images, with your partner and children are also included free of charge, so please feel free to bring those that you love, after all a new baby is exciting for everyone.

The editing process
After your session you will be required to pay a minimum spend, this is so that the editing process can commence. A minimum of 20 images from your gallery are selected and professionally edited. This is where your images really come to life. The editing process can take up to 6 weeks during busy periods.
The ordering session
After you images have been edited you will be invited back into the studio to view your gallery. It is at this point that you will choose your bespoke package. The minimum spend payment will be deducted from your chosen package.
All packages can be completely bespoke and you will get to purchase the products that you love, from wall art to albums to prints etc, there is so much to choose from and I will be there every step of the way to help.
How will my session be styled
The session is always styled to your wishes. Your preferences will be discussed before your shoot and I will add a little bit of magic to create the most beautiful set of images. I will agree everything from colour schemes to props. Everything is taken care of before the session so that on the day you just have to sit back and relax and watch it all come together as you had dreamed it would.
What do I need for the session
You do not need to bring anything with you, however if you have any outfits that you would like to be photographed in please feel free to bring them along.
How long does a session take?
On average a maternity session takes between1-2 hours.
Can I include my partner and child?
Of course! Maternity sessions are a celebration of your body and the new baby, so everyone is welcome to join you in your shoot.
My friend is also pregnant, do you offer a referral scheme?
It’s so special when you and your friend are pregnant at around the same time. If you have booked a Newborn Session with me and you recommend a friend to do the same, you will receive a the gift of £25 off your ordering session as a thank you. This can be spent on any product of your choice.
Do you do a bump to baby package?
If you book a Maternity and Newborn session at the same time then you receive a reduction on the session fee. £150 for both sessions rather than £194
I would like to book a shoot, but money is tight. Am I able to pay in instalments?
Absolutely! I am so passionate about capturing you at this magical stage, that I would hate for you to miss out, just because of financial reasons. Getting everything ready for your baby is an expensive business, but whereas your pram, outfits, feeding equipment, car seat are all essential, they will not last longer than a year. Your Maternity images will last more than a lifetime and will become an important heirloom for your family. It really is such a special thing to do.
